At Glaz'd Donuts, we don't just make donuts… we make edible joy. Fluffy classics, wild specialties, and everything in between — all made fresh, all day. About the Job We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Baker to join our team! This position is responsible for preparing, frying, glazing, and decorating fresh donuts daily. Experience is a Plus! We'll train the right person! Once Trained you will then be responsible for Training your Baking Team. Responsibilities Prepare dough, mixes, and ingredients according to recipes Operate fryer, mixer, proofer, and other bakery equipment Fry, glaze, fill, and decorate donuts with consistency and quality Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory and prepping next-day batches Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements Early morning/Late Night availability (typically 12am-8am) Ability to lift 25-50 lbs Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual
