We're a busy neighborhood cookie shop, so we're looking for someone who can provide great customer service while also helping with baking, decorating, preparing orders, and keeping the store running smoothly. What you'll do: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take orders and process payments accurately Bake cookies and prepare products according to our procedures Decorate cookie cakes Prepare and package in-store and online orders Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked Follow recipes, food-safety procedures, and store standards Complete opening and/or closing responsibilities Communicate well with other team members Work independently and recognize what needs to be done during a shift Who we're looking for: Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Detail-oriented and careful when handling money and orders Able to follow directions and learn store procedures Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Responsible and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Flexible availability Previous bakery, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
