Baker Assistant - Nothing Bundt Cakes At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our mission is to bring joy to our guests and our community, one delicious cake at a time! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive Baker Assistant to join our bakery team. The Baker Assistant supports the Baker and bakery operations by preparing our handcrafted cakes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Baker with daily cake production following Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and standards Prepare ingredients, measure accurately, mix batters, and assist with baking needs Properly pan, bake, cool, and store cakes according to bakery procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized baking area Wash dishes, clean equipment, and follow food safety guidelines Assist with inventory, stocking ingredients, and rotating products Follow all health and safety standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Support team members and contribute to a positive bakery culture Take pride in creating cakes that make every guest celebration special

Qualifications:

No baking experience required — we will train the right person! Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings Ability to follow recipes and detailed instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Enjoy working as part of a team Must maintain a clean and organized workspace
