In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizza dough ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch. Your expertise in food handling and kitchen equipment operation will contribute to a vibrant, fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for part-time hours in the morning hours. Duties Prepare dough according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and other baking tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Support food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately using basic math skills and recipe adherence. Qualifications Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a high-volume environment. Strong understanding of food safety management practices and sanitation standards. Knowledge of food industry standards related to catering, food handling, and culinary techniques. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service mindset with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
