This position will support daily bakery and deli operations by preparing sandwich ingredients, assembling deli sandwiches, and keeping sweets and bakery products fully stocked and presentable. Duties Prepare and portion ingredients for deli sandwiches Assemble sandwiches according to recipes and presentation standards Restock sweets, pastries, and other bakery items throughout the day Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas Label, date, and properly store food products Assist with basic food preparation as needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Monitor product levels and communicate when items need to be prepared or restocked Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Requirements Previous bakery, deli, restaurant, or food-service experience preferred Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation Ability to follow recipes and instructions Reliable and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary If you enjoy working with food and take pride in keeping products fresh, organized, and ready for customers, we would love to have you join our team.
