Job Description
We are looking for energetic, hard-working people to add to our team as a Baker/ Store Associate. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our pretzel-making process, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and the freshest hand-twisted pretzels. Whether you're baking or assisting customers at the counter, your enthusiasm and dedication will help create an inviting atmosphere and positive working environment. We offer a consistent schedule of part-time hours. We will teach you all the tricks of the trade and train you in everything you need to know. No baking experience required! Duties Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support high-volume pretzel production. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management practices and proper sanitation procedures. Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers, answering questions about products, and handling transactions. Team members are expected to share the responsibilities of working Holidays and weekends. We are open limited hours on most holidays. Skills Food Handlers Certification will be required; can be obtained after hiring. Ability to maintain a clean and safe enviroment. Quick learner. Good listening and communication skills. Customer service with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Work well with others and follow management instructions.
