Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and pastry orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare a variety of baked goods, pastries, cakes, and other food items according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and maintain proper food safety management protocols Maintain a clean workspace by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, equipment, and storage areas to ensure hygiene standards are met Package food items accurately for takeout or delivery orders while ensuring presentation quality Support high-volume production by following recipe adherence and assisting in the preparation of baked goods for catering or retail sales Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, baking, cake decorating or pastry preparation within a busy kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment confidently and safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for accurate measurements and portioning Experience with food industry best practices including packaging, recipe adherence, and high-volume production Culinary experience with cake decorating or pastry arts is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating delicious experiences!
