Come be a part of our team and be responsible for producing our award winning doughnuts and baked goods. You must have a great attitude and be willing to learn new things and be a part of a creative fun staff.
Requirements:
Culinary education and/or experience in breads, viennoiserie, pies, cakes and individual pastries. Familiarity of large-scale baking equipment, including commercial mixers and ovens. Ability to scale ingredients, follow a recipe, and work independently. Experience in large-scale baking production. Ability to follow a production schedule and prioritize tasks. Good time management skills and ability to multi-task. Can stay focused on details and create consistent products. Desire to create new products for the DeEtta's portfolio. Positions are for Tuesday
  • Saturday OR Sunday
  • Thursday 1st
Position Hours of Tuesday-Saturday:
Tuesday/Wednesday 3AM
  • 11AM, Thursday 2AM
  • 10AM, Friday/Saturday 1AM
  • 9AM.
Hours are dependent on production needs especially during the holidays. 2nd
Position Hours of Sunday-Thursday:
Sunday/Monday 2AM
  • 10AM, Tuesday/Wednesday 3AM
  • 11AM, Thursday 2AM
  • 10AM.
