As a Crumbl Baker , you'll be the heart of our kitchen, bringing our weekly rotating menu of cookies to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves to bake, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake Crumbl's signature cookies according to company recipes and standards Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency Operate ovens and baking equipment safely Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas Maintain inventory and report low stock levels Provide excellent customer service when needed

Qualifications:

No prior baking experience required — we'll train you! Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and team-player mentality Food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain)

Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking.
