Position Summary The Cookie Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing, decorating, packaging, and serving Crave's premium cookies and desserts. This role plays a key part in creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment while ensuring every product meets Crave's quality and presentation standards. Cookie Experts are the face of Crave—bringing positive energy, teamwork, and attention to detail to every shift. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Answer questions and make product recommendations Provide fast, friendly, and memorable customer service Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Product Preparation Decorate cookies according to Crave standards Assist with frosting, toppings, and final presentation Prepare specialty desserts, shakes, sodas, and other menu items Package orders accurately for dine-in, carryout, and delivery Keep warmers, display cases, and coolers stocked Store Operations Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Support team members during high-volume periods Teamwork Work collaboratively with bakers, shift leads, and management Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Contribute to a fun, energetic, and team-focused culture
