Crumbl in Evansville Indiana ( on the east side ) is looking for people who not only love cookies, and love making them but people who can provide excellent customer service. Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best cookies in the world!

Job Duties:
Greet customers Answer questions about the cookies Make cookie recommendations Work the cash register to accept orders and payments Make and decorate the world's best cookies And above all else, provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Baking experience preferred Night Bakers needed!
Pay:
$10-12 per hour + tips

6 to 8 hours ( can vary )

We are hiring Part Time Help. 4pm
  • 10 pm [Monday
  • Thursday] 4pm
  • 12 am [Friday & Saturday] Weekend Availability is a must. Closed every sunday Holidays
  • We are open and working most holidays, Except for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New years day.

Successful:
We are searching for skilled, creative bakers who want to help provide high-quality baked treats and service in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker's role is vital, in understanding recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, using frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed. To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

All Employees are required to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, we try our best to rotate and make it fair.

Do I get to keep my tips?
A:
Absolutely! Your tips are automatically paid to you on your paycheck. We pool all the tips earned that week, then split them amongst the team and how many hours you worked that week.
