Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time Baker to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare and bake goods such as bagels, muffins, and cream cheese Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and decorating tools Follow food safety protocols and maintain a hygienic workspace at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations Maintain responsibility of the revolving inventory of bagels, batters, and cream cheese Independently lead food preparation tasks such as dough preparation, ingredient measurement, and portioning to support high-volume production needs Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; report shortages or equipment issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation within a food production or bakery environment - preferred Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and food handling safety practices - preferred Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently with excellent knife skills and attention to detail Familiarity with food safety management systems and adherence to recipe specifications for consistent product quality Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory levels Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or retail customers Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a clean workspace and high standards of hygiene Previous catering or high-volume bakery experience is preferred but not required Join us in creating exceptional baked goods that bring joy to our customers!
