PASSIONATE ABOUT BREAD?

Wheatfields Bakery has an opening in the bread department for an artisan bread maker. We make bread in artisanal European styles using traditional methods and bake using a wood fired oven. Most of our breads are naturally leavened, with just a couple of dough's that use commercial yeast. We are looking for a part time person to be on bench and shape bread with the rest of the team. Maintaining cleanliness in the bread department is also expected. Experience is great but we will train the right person, whether you are a home baker, commercial baker, or just passionate about bread, apply here on indeed or come in and inquire about the position! Bench shifts begin at 4:45am . This is a physically active job , standing up to 8 hrs at a time, lifting up to 50lbs.
