Also responsible for ensuring spotless, sanitary glassware, silverware, cookware and serving utensils. Qualifications Must be eighteen (18) or older 1 Year hotel experience preferred Strong working knowledge of OSHA and Safety regulations Requirements The ability to be on feet and in motion for majority of shift required. Ability to lift moderate to heavy amount of weight. Basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation and chemicals necessary. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
