What You'll Be Doing As the Head Baker, you'll be at the heart of our bakery operations. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like: Overseeing the preparation and baking of a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards and are consistent with our recipes. Managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Training and mentoring junior staff to maintain efficiency and teamwork. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
