In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, specializing in sourdough bread, while maintaining a lively and efficient kitchen environment. DUTIES:

Prepare and bake sourdough bread and other baked goods following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, ensuring visual appeal aligns with quality standards Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, portioning dough, and assembling baked items
