In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious donuts from start to finish, ensuring each food item meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, pastry artistry, and customer service will help create a delightful experience for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced, fun environment where your creativity and dedication are valued. Duties Carefully cut and shape dough using specialized tools to create uniform donuts ready for frying Operate fryers efficiently to cook donuts to perfection, maintaining optimal temperature and timing Decorate and glaze donuts with precision, incorporating cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal Package finished products neatly and efficiently for sale or delivery, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and preparing dough or batter as needed Support the team with general food preparation duties, including ingredient measurement and equipment setup Experience Prior experience in food production, baking, or pastry arts is required Hands-on kitchen experience in a bakery or restaurant is required Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting is extremely important Previous experience with food industry equipment like fryers, mixers, proofers, glazers, ovens, and/or pastry tools is necessary A passion for baking, cooking, and creating visually appealing treats will set you apart Join us to craft delectable donuts that delight our customers!
