We are seeking an experienced and passionate baker to join our team! No nights, no weekends, and no holidays! Shifts start at 6am and are Monday-Thursday (sometimes Fridays) Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cheesecakes, muffins, laminated doughs, and other confections with accuracy Willing to help in other departments if needed Arrive at work for your scheduled shift on time Help to maintain an overall positive team environment Maintain proper communication with your fellow team members Ensure that your station and work areas are clean Must be able to lift 50 lbs Experience At least 2 years of professional baking experience required Ability to safely use mixers, knives, ovens, etc. Must be able to maintain grooming and uniform standards You must enjoy a fast paced, high volume kitchen environment, be driven and have self-motivation, and have an eye for detail. Excellent sense of urgency Ability to take feedback and direction Willingness to work in a team and help all other departments, as needed Cake decorating is not required, but is a plus
