ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL JOBS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Daily Physical Demands Include the ability to sit or stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arm, walk, climb, or balance and stoop, ability to lift and move, talk or hear, and lift at least fifty pounds. Vision ability requirements include abilities for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience working in a retail bakery. Demonstrated expertise in development and production of at least one major area of bakery production (bread or pastry). Successful track record in serving the public. Demonstrated track record in leadership, reliability and maintenance of commitments. Knowledge of natural foods, nutrition and dietary restrictions. Willingness and ability to project friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work independently and manage time productively. Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, handle multiple demands, work in close quarters and under pressure. Manual dexterity with hazardous equipment. Strong communication and leadership skills - clear manager, good listener, strong team member.
