Assistant Baker

Job Overview Wild Hare is seeking a skilled Assistant Baker to join our team. As an Assistant Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. • Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters
• Bake different types of bread, pastries, and cakes
• Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and toppings
• Monitor ovens to ensure proper baking
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards Skills
• Experience in baking and pastry preparation preferred but not required
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to package baked goods for display or sale
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and mixers
