We are seeking reliable and friendly Counter Help team members to assist with daily operations, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and that our bakery runs smoothly. Duties Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their orders Operating cash registers and POS systems for retail sales transactions Building boxes and stocking pastry cases to ensure product availability and presentation Maintaining a clean workspace, including cleaning counters, equipment, and the overall area Assisting with opening tasks and closing duties as needed Building boxes for takeout orders and ensuring proper packaging Stocking pastry cases and restocking supplies throughout the shift Ensuring the workspace remains organized, sanitary, and inviting for customers Requirements Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations Previous experience with POS systems is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and flexibility in scheduling Open availability, including weekends, is required to meet the bakery's needs Willingness to perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy workspace Join our team if you are passionate about quality baked goods, enjoy working in a friendly environment, and are committed to providing excellent customer experiences.
