Full Job Description Job Title:

Baker Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable part-time or full-time baker to join our bagel shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for baking, operating heavy machinery, cleaning, and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake fresh, delicious bagels from scratch following established recipes Monitor and adjust dough consistency, kneading, and dough-processing techniques as needed Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as dough rollers, bagel cutters, and ovens Ensure all food safety regulations and guidelines are followed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and equipment Receive and stock ingredients and supplies Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Ability to work weekends and early mornings Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines Experienced in operating and maintaining heavy machinery Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
