Must have valid driver's license! You must have your own transportation to drive on and off the military installation! Must be able to pass criminal background!!!! The Baker's primary responsibility is the preparation and service of baked goods and desserts.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass background check! Read, write, speak, and understand written food service material. Within the past five years, three years general experience in food service. Two-years experience in volume preparation of baked goods. Experience must include; cookies, pies, cakes, puddings, breads, rolls, biscuits, sweet rolls, doughnuts, icings, sauces, glazes, toppings and gelatin products.

Requirements:

The ability to frequently move objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted, and occasionally lift or move objects weighing over 40 pounds with assistance. The ability to work continually standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending. Prepare cookies, pies, cakes, puddings, breads, rolls, biscuits, sweet rolls, doughnuts, icings, sauces, glazes, toppings and gelatin products according to established recipes. Measures, weighs and mixes ingredients according to established recipes and approved standards. Place batter or dough in pans, molds, or on sheet pan and bake in oven. Mix icings and other toppings and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Use a variety of kitchen tools, and equipment to include electric mixers, ovens, scales, pans, rolling pins, decorating and cutting tools.
