•6PM (approx) About Us Clement's Pastry Shop is a family-owned commercial bakery that's been crafting desserts since 1928. We supply hotels, stadiums, campuses, convention centers, restaurants and other food service customers throughout the DMV area — and we're growing our kitchen and baking team! What You'll Do Depending on experience and department, responsibilities may include: Mixing batters, doughs, fillings, and other bakery products Cutting, scaling, portioning, and filling fresh baked breakfast pastries Operating commercial ovens and handling oven racks Preparing pans and production equipment Demolding, finishing, and preparing products for packaging or the next stage of production Following recipes, production schedules, and food-safety procedures Helping maintain clean, organized, and operational equipment Participating in production-area and end-of-shift cleaning Baking & food production experience required (commercial kitchen, high-volume prep, food manufacturing, or bakery experience). Pastry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train you on our specific products and techniques!
