Qualifications Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. Good handwriting is required. Artistic ability and the ability to draw are a plus . Bake and professionally decorate a variety of cookies and cookie cakes. Create custom designs and decorations based on customer orders and special occasions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures and policies. Accurate cash handling and basic math skills. Retail or food-service experience preferred, but not required . Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Bake, decorate, and prepare cookies and cookie cakes according to customer requests. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every customer. Recommend additional products and promote special offers to increase sales. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
