Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning and Shirt Presser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly pressing, finishing, and maintaining garments to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and garment care equipment safely and efficiently to produce crisp, well-finished shirts and garments Handle dry cleaning processes with care, ensuring fabrics are treated according to their specific care instructions Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards using appropriate cleaning detergents and tools Perform manual handling of garments, including heavy lifting when necessary, with attention to proper techniques to prevent injury Provide excellent customer service by accurately processing garment orders, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of services Conduct quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet company standards before returning them to customers Assist with laundry services as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and hanging garments with precision Qualifications Ability to operate pressing machines safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Good manual handling skills and physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to maintain a clean workspace using appropriate cleaning detergents and tools Basic understanding of garment care machine operation and fabric-specific treatment methods Join our team where your skills will be valued in a lively environment dedicated to delivering top-tier garment care services.
