The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bagels, cookies, quickbreads, muffins, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by following proper sanitation procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, kettle, mixers, and knives. Package finished products for display or sale while adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen. Requirements Proven experience in a bakery or similar food production environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Strong skills in food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
