Payroll treats every pay day (free bread or pastry) Responsibilities for this position includes: Working alongside team members daily to fulfill the days bread production requirements Work according to tight production schedules Hand shaping a variety of different loaves of bread into the correct shape to be scored and baked Following product specifications set forth by owners and management Abiding by proper storage and product rotation procedures Work in an organized and timely fashion to facilitate the day's production Cleaning bakery machinery, equipment, storage and preparation areas Perform quality control measures/inspections and separate product that is sub-par Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude Standing, lifting, bending and repetitive motion of the hands and wrists throughout and 8 hour shift

Qualifications:

No specific experience required but applicants must be able and willing to be trained on and abide by Crust processes and quality standards Baking or food handling experience is a plus!
