Cinnamom is in need of more bakery associates! Multi-tasking and the ability to learn quickly and work independently is more important than experience. The ideal candidate is someone who loves customers and gives attention to detail. No experience required. Will train. Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Must have flexible availability, be able to stand for long periods of time and have your own vehicle to drive yourself to and from work . Open 7 days a week. If interested in this position, the starting pay is 14.00/hr plus tips. Must be 16+ years old. Wages based on experience and raises based on completion of training. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: serving our customers inside the store and at our drive-thru, taking care of baked goods made that day, decorating baked goods, and general cleaning and stocking. Employees will be expected to work quickly and efficiently, and be able to stand for periods of time. The ideal candidate is someone who reliable, able to learn quickly, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service to the community.

ATTENTION

This is a part time (20-30 hours per week - can be discussed further upon interviewing to fit employee's needs) position. Depending on needs of the bakery, employees would be required to work morning and /or afternoon shifts, and weekends. Must be at least 16 years old with a driver's license. We try be flexible with availability and can accommodate high school and/or college schedules.
