Duties Lead baking team in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards Oversee food preparation processes, including cake decorating, pastry creation, and general food production Manage packaging procedures to ensure product freshness, safety, and presentation excellence Maintain rigorous food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for ingredient sourcing and inventory management Train staff on food handling, knife skills, baking techniques, and customer service best practices Develop new recipes and menu items to keep offerings innovative and appealing Supervise catering events and restaurant services to deliver memorable customer experiences Skills Extensive experience in breads, baking, yeast-based recipes. Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices Proven ability in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Skilled in packaging for retail or wholesale distribution while maintaining product integrity Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced food production or restaurant environment Proficient in knife skills, food industry regulations, and kitchen management software Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with catering operations and large-scale food service projects This role is perfect for someone passionate about culinary arts who thrives in a leadership position within the food industry.
