Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Donut Shop Associate and become a key player in creating delightful cider mill donuts that brighten our customers' days! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for making and packaging a variety of delicious donuts. Your enthusiasm for donut production and customer service will help foster a welcoming environment where quality and cleanliness are always top priorities while contributing to a fun, fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare dough and batter, following established recipes and standards to ensure consistent quality. Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, fryers, and pastry tools safely and efficiently. Decorate donuts with icing, sprinkles, or other toppings to create visually appealing treats. Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail sale. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist in food handling tasks including managing high-volume production needs. Support food safety management practices by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper storage procedures. Skills Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining efficiency during high-volume production. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances the guest experience. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory levels. Experience in food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health standards. Strong organizational skills for maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to recipe guidelines consistently. Lifting at least 50 lbs Ability to be on your feet for reasonable periods of time.
