Hiring:

Full-Time Bakery Associate Front of House Papa Joe's Market is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Full-Time Bakery Associate to join our Front of House bakery team. This position is customer focused and involves keeping our bakery department stocked, clean, organized, and ready for customers throughout the day. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays busy, and takes pride in keeping displays looking their best.

Main Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about bakery products Restock bakery display cases and sales-floor merchandise Maintain attractive, clean, and fully stocked displays Check product dates and rotate merchandise Monitor and properly record/remove spoiled or expired products Restock cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery packaging. Package and label cakes and bakery products Wrap sandwiches and other prepared items Serve and package breads for customers Maintain knowledge of bakery products so you can confidently assist customers Keep the bakery counter, display cases, and work areas clean and organized

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be comfortable with continuous walking throughout the shift Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Requirements:

This is a full-time position requiring a combination of opening and closing shifts. Must be available to open 2-3 days per week Must be available to close approximately 2 days per week Opening shift is generally 7:45 AM-4:15 PM Closing shift is generally 2:00 PM-8:15 PM Weekend availability may be required We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, organized, and willing to work as part of a team. Previous bakery, grocery, food service, or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Pay:
