We're looking for a skilled and reliable Morning Production Baker to join our team.

What You'll Do:

As an Evening Production Baker, you will execute evening bake production and stage products to ensure smooth morning service. You'll play a critical role in maintaining continuity between shifts and protecting product quality across locations. In this role, you will: Execute evening bake lists as assigned by the Head Baker Manage oven timing and high-volume production items Prepare and stage products for next-day readiness Properly label, rotate, and store finished goods Maintain clean and organized oven and production areas Communicate production updates and concerns to the Head Baker Support specialty and seasonal bakery items as needed This role is ideal for someone who values structure, precision, and consistency in a production-focused bakery environment.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of bakery or pastry experience preferred Strong understanding of baking fundamentals and oven management Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain quality standards Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to work early evening shifts Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
