Job Description
Looking for a reliable, hard working employee to join the Bubbie's production and baking team. Come learn how to make some of the best bagels in the midwest! Job duties include mixing and shaping bagel dough, learning to adjust the dough based on temperature, humidity, and seasonal changes, boiling and baking bagels. We take a lot of pride in our bagels, they are all sourdough started, we use no preservatives or dough conditioners, and the bagels go through a 4 day production process before being baked. Baking shifts are 4:15am-12pm and involves both fast-paced physical and mental problem solving. We are looking for someone to primarily bake. This position requires the ability to move very quickly and work in front of a 500 degree oven, as well as lift 50# bags of flour. Willing to train and teach the right fit!
