Responsibilities Prepare a small variety of baked goods following established recipes with precision Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other culinary tools safely and effectively Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and food handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers Assist in packaging finished products for delivery or display while maintaining presentation quality Support high-volume production needs by working swiftly without compromising quality or safety standards Experience Proven experience in food production, bakery, or pastry preparation within a fast-paced setting Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards Previous food industry experience preferred but not required Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency across multiple batches Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration Join us, where your culinary talent will thrive!
