Food Handler Certification Full Job Description About Us:

We are a growing bakery dedicated to crafting fresh, high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts for our community. We are looking for a passionate baker to join our production team!

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards Follow production schedules, including rotating shifts as needed Operate and maintain baking equipment, ovens, and mixers safely Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times Manage ingredient inventory and assist with stock ordering Decorate and finish products to meet presentation standards

Requirements:

Must be willing to work night shifts when required Prior experience as a baker preferred (1+ year), but enthusiastic trainees are welcome to apply Knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and fermentation processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic food safety knowledge (food handler's certificate a plus) Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg / 55 lbs

Pay:

From $11.41 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
