Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented bread baker to join our team. Scaling, shaping and baking of a variety of breads including miche, levain, focaccia, brioche etc. Requirements 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn Clean and organized Time management skills Teamwork is a must Respectful to others Responsible for their work and daily tasks Past knowledge of dough mixing, shaping, proofing and baking sourdough/ buns Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
