Prepare rotors, stators, and other components for processing through proper resinsOperate VPI systems to control resin levels and vacuum cyclesMonitor oven times and temperatures for proper cureClean excess epoxy from components to ensure proper primer or paint adhesionFollow Plant Manufacturing Procedures (PMP) and Operational Method Sheets (OMS) for proper operation of VPI and oven equipment is crucial What You Need to Bring to theBaker Role:
