• Friday-Saturday: 8:00 PM
• 3:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM
• 2:00 AM Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and mix donut dough according to recipes and production standards.
• Fry donuts and prepare different types and shapes of donuts.
• Cut and shape donuts accurately and consistently.
• Prepare and produce cake donuts.
• Maintain consistent quality, appearance, and freshness of all products.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the work area and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work cooperatively with other team members and maintain a positive attitude. Requirements
• Must be available to work overnight/night shifts.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and work for extended periods.
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous baking or donut-making experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
