Kitchen Production / Baker VanderWaal Bakery - Missouri Company Mission Relentlessly, deliver the grace, taste and nourishing pleasure of sourdough to every person. Position Summary The person we are looking for MUST be a team-player: They must be Humble, Hungry to work and grow, and lastly people smart. We need an enthusiastic, entry-level team member who embodies work excellence and is eager to learn all aspects of our bakery operations. This versatile support role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves to serve others, and wants to grow with our mission-driven team. You'll be the backbone that keeps our production flowing smoothly while developing valuable skills with strong potential for growth. This position is full-time, schedule will be 5 days/week between Mon-Sat. Pay starts at $15-17hour based on experience and evaluation. Early mornings are required, shifts for the day start at 6am.

Follow standardized recipes and procedures closely. Maintain speed and quality in dough preparation. Continuously check for consistency and adjust as necessary. 4. Quick and Accurate Packaging What does winning look like: Efficiently package goods with precision, ensuring that products are ready for delivery without compromising quality.
What does it take:
Operate packaging machines safely and effectively. Verify product quality before packaging. Maintain an organized and clean packaging station. Required Qualifications Demonstrated your ability to be an essential team player Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow Ability to follow directions promptly and accurately Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks day after day Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and attention to detail Availability to work Monday through Saturday as scheduled and varied hours (some days may be longer than others).
