Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented PRN Bakery Assistant to join our bakery team. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible, as-needed work in a clean, fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As a PRN Bakery Assistant, you'll help prepare, package, and organize bakery products while maintaining our high standards for food safety and quality. Work is scheduled based on production needs, and we will provide at least two (2) days' notice before each scheduled shift whenever possible.

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (later as needed based on production) Responsibilities Assist with preparing bakery products for production and packaging. Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials. Package bakery products while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Label finished products accurately. Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Follow all GMP, food safety, and company procedures. Assist with general bakery cleaning and production support. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
