Job description: BW Blacksmith Grill House is looking for a reliable, skilled Baker to help bring our breakfast program to life. This role is responsible for preparing fresh baked goods daily that match our Grill House style — simple, comforting, and made right. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, working independently, and takes pride in consistency and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and bake fresh breakfast items daily (breads, pastries, muffins, etc.) Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency Prep doughs, batters, and fillings in advance as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs to the kitchen team Work efficiently to meet morning service timelines Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate) Comfortable working early morning hours Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work independently and stay on task Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time and takes pride in their work A steady, calm presence in the kitchen A baker who understands that simple, well-made food matters Someone who fits a hardworking, family-oriented environment Why Work at BW Blacksmith Grill House Be part of a locally owned, family-built business Help shape a new breakfast program from the ground up Work in a respectful, supportive kitchen environment
