Willing to train the right candidate! We are looking to hire someone with a passion for Baking! Currently we are Hiring for part time help but we are hoping that this role can turn into a full time with the ability to grow with the company. Closed on Sundays, Mondays & major Holidays! the schedule can be flexible if you have another job or go to school but early mornings are a requirement. The baker position will learn croissants, sourdough, breads, cakes, cookies, tortes, brownies, bars, pies, ice cream & sorbet, french macrons, chocolates and so much more! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great customer service and a quick learner. This person needs to be able to function in a high-paced environment and be able to manage their time wisely, and also doesn't mind doing tasks like scooping cookies, dishes, taking out the trash & mopping. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Decorate cakes and other baked goods with attention to detail and creativity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while preparing and packaging products. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and enhance service quality. Assist in inventory management and food production processes as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in baking and pastry preparation Strong culinary skills with a focus on food handling and safety Excellent customer service abilities in a kitchen environment Proficient in cake decorating and food production techniques Background in catering and restaurant operations Familiarity with kitchen equipment and knife skills
