Duties Full Time Position Prepare and bake a variety of desserts with precision and creativity. Package baked goods efficiently for retail or catering purposes while maintaining quality standards. Assist in food production and food handling processes, ensuring all items meet safety and quality guidelines. Contribute to menu development by suggesting new pastry ideas and seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Provide excellent customer service by explaining products and offering recommendations when needed. Requirements Proven experience in pastry arts, baking, or related culinary fields, ideally within a food industry or restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Proficiency in food preparation, kitchen equipment operation, and knife skills. Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
