We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Baker to join our team at Kindred Hospitality. This position is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, and other bakery items.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, and other baked goods Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, frostings, and toppings Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Stock ingredients and communicate inventory needs Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently to meet daily production needs

Qualifications:

Baking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to follow recipes and production schedules Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Availability for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
