Job Description

Here at Crumbl we are searching for vibrant and positive people who will be a part of bringing the world's best cookies to our community. You will bake and decorate a lot of cookies, clean up, interact with customers taking orders, and did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies! We will train you to bake, and we believe anybody who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way can be a successful part of our team. As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed. To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Responsibilities:
Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying the finished products Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Maintain excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Must be able to work at least 15 hours/week Notable communication skills Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player Professional appearance and attitude Proactive organizational skills Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour
