EARLY MORNING BAKER

Delicious Bakery Delicious Bakery is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Early Morning Baker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the quiet, productive hours of the morning and takes pride in preparing fresh, beautiful baked goods for our customers each day.

SCHEDULE

Start time: 4:00 AM Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (your schedule will be Thursday-Monday) Must be reliable and consistently arrive on time for early-morning shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrive at 4:00 AM ready to begin production Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items according to recipes and production schedules Mix, portion, bake, decorate, and finish products with attention to quality and consistency Prepare baked goods for the day's opening and customer orders Follow recipes, measurements, and established production procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary baking area throughout the shift Properly store ingredients and finished products Monitor inventory and communicate when ingredients or supplies are running low Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help with opening bakery production and getting the kitchen ready for the day's business Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Assist with additional bakery tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous professional baking experience preferred Strong knowledge of baking techniques and basic kitchen equipment Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks Able to lift and carry bags of ingredients and baking supplies Must be comfortable with a 4:00 AM start time Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about the quality of what they produce, and understands that the early morning baker plays an important role in making sure our bakery is ready for the day. Reliability is extremely important for this position. Our morning production depends on the baker being here and ready to work at 4:00 AM.
