Job Description

True Blue Butcher & Baker True Blue Butcher & Baker is looking for a hardworking, passionate Baker to join our team! We are seeking someone who takes pride in creating high quality baked goods, works well in a fast paced kitchen environment, and enjoys being part of a team that values craftsmanship and great food. The ideal candidate will have previous bakery, pastry, or kitchen experience and be comfortable working early mornings, standing for extended periods, and handling the physical demands of a busy production kitchen. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards Assist with daily bakery production and preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Measure, mix, shape, proof, and bake products with attention to detail Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production needs Help with organization, inventory, and maintaining kitchen standards
Qualifications:
Previous bakery, pastry, restaurant, or professional kitchen experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and moving ingredients and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast paced environment while staying organized Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Weekend availability required Positive attitude and willingness to learn We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in making exceptional products every day.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
