Our highly rated, family operated bakery is looking to add a full-time team member with cake, pastry, and pie baking experience to join our morning team. In this role, you will be making, baking, and finishing croissants, donuts, pastries, pies, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of the cooking and finishing stations. All of this will be done while adhering to proper sanitation and food handling practices. MUST be an early riser; as we get started by 3:00 AM most days (overnights are an option) Experience baking from scratch/dry mixes in a commercial kitchen, bakery, restaurant, etc is

REQUIRED.

Ability to take direction and multitask is critical. Excellent communication and customer service skills; not afraid to communicate with customers directly on order requirements is a MUST. We value candidates that are ambitious, self-motivated, time conscious and hard working.
