About Us Sweet Traditions Bakery is a locally owned bakery in Wake Forest, NC dedicated to creating handcrafted baked goods that bring people together. The Role We're looking for a talented, dependable part-time team member to help with daily baking & order fuffillment. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy making people smile with beautiful treats — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist with a range of daily baking needs (bars, cookies, pies, etc.) Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and cookies with consistency and creativity Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Assist customers with orders and provide a warm, welcoming experience, as needed Follow presentation standards Support special order fulfillment What We're Looking For Experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food service setting — OR strong personal baking and decorating experience (home bakers welcome to apply!) Cake and/or cookie decorating skills Reliable, punctual, and a team player Attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Schedule & Compensation Part-time to possible full-time, flexible hours (including some early mornings and weekends)

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
